Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the instructions provided.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The product arrived damaged.
    • There was an error in the order (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, follow the same return process and place a new order for the replacement product.
